Fast

Support is email-first and route-specific.

Clear

Include your account email and the page you hit.

Serious

We keep product, billing, and privacy lanes separate.

Quick start

Get from sign-in to signal in under a minute.

1. Sign in

Use your PulseUK Terminal account. App accounts do not automatically work here.

2. Pick your org

If you belong to multiple organisations, choose the workspace first.

3. Set scope + window

Choose National or Constituency and then 24h, 7d, or 30d.

Troubleshooting

The fast fixes.

I see “No access” after signing in.

Your Terminal account does not currently have access to any organisation. Ask the admin for access, or email support.

I see “Unable to load access”.

We could not verify your membership. Try signing out and back in. If it keeps happening, email support with your account email and the page you opened.

Constituency mode says “Select a constituency”.

Choose a constituency from the dropdown. If the list is empty, that dataset may not be available for your workspace.

Charts show no data.

Some views need at least two points in the current window. Try 30d, or verify the source has enough responses.

Methodology

Why numbers move, and how to read them.

Time windows

24h, 7d, and 30d include different vote sets. A window change can change the story.

Freshness

Aggregates update over time as new responses arrive and rollups run.

Minimum sample thresholds

Small slices are suppressed to reduce the risk of identifying individuals in tiny groups.

Deltas

Movers compare the current window against a prior baseline, so deltas change as the baseline shifts.

If something looks wrong or misleading, email support@pulseuk.io with a screenshot and the filters you used.

Account & data

Requests, exports, deletion.

To request account deletion or a copy/export of your data, email support@pulseuk.io from the address associated with the account you used. PulseUK app accounts and PulseUK Terminal accounts are handled separately.

If you only want to remove on-device data, use the app’s Delete local data option.
